Good Times

Well, last night I went out to dinner with one of my very pregnant friends (she and I are due with little boys right about the same time). Anyway, I showed up at the restaurant only to discover that she had planned a surprise party for me and my little guy. It was a ton of fun and I was so pleased to be able to sit and relax for a little bit with all of my girlfriends. I know by the fourth kid you really don't expect anything like this, but it sure was nice to celebrate this little man. So, thanks Allie!!! You are way too sweet and by the way the Black Walnut rocks!!!

Then today is Good Friday, which I am grateful to have my kiddos home to spend some time with them, but on the other hand I feel like there are 10 million things to do and only a few hours to do them. Anyway, I took the three of them today to the mall to do a little summer shopping for them and we just happened to run into Emily's best friend Kate and her family. Well, one thing led to another, but after some begging and pleading and a couple of phone calls to Daddy, our little 7 year old is now the proud owner of two holes in her ears. We let the 2 girls get their ears pierced and of course they got matching pink flower earrings. My goodness she is growing up!! I don't have any pictures, but Sally's mom was there and took lots of pictures so I'll have to get those from her and post them later.

Lastly, we are getting desperate for a name...any ideas????

The name I wish I could name my baby is Carter, but Sam won't let me. I also like Preston. Our list is: Jack, Rex, Henry, Maxwell. Good luck! Names are so hard!

I was really really really so sad I had to miss last night! I'll talk to you about everything tomorrow, and I'll try to think of the perfect name :)

That is funny Alisha, Carter and Jack are two of my top picks--we just can't seem to decide. :)

Funny, my neighbor just did a post on names for boys too. She's due about the same time as me. We were going to use Jackson if we ever had a boy, but go for it, if you like, cause it's not happening here! I also really like Spencer, Everett, and Tanner. I can't use Tanner though. It's my cousins name, and his wife's name is Autumn, so that would just be too wierd, since we already have an Autumn! Well good luck with the name game. We are struggling here too. Send me some girl names you like.
Logan just got her ears re-pierced about 3 weeks ago. She had torn one pretty good when she was younger so we made her take them out and grow back in. She only had to get that torn one re-pierced though. The other one was still open. I think it had been well over a year. She got them done with James when we were at the mall getting pics of Autumn as a newborn. I was so mad. That's all I wanted was to have to take care of a newborn, and the ears for 6 weeks. What a pain it is!

how fun, what a great friend! glad Kylie is doing so well. We picked the name Kyle for a boy but we both of course can't do that now b/c of Kylie's. That's why we went with Kylee actually. :) I like Josh, Jacob....maybe you could still go with the apostle theme and do Hunter? :)

Glad you got spoiled Amy! Thinking of you today - who knows maybe your little guy has already arrived. Keep us posted... :)
